The beginnings...

WS was founded in 2004 in Maranello.
Thanks to the experience gained in over twenty years of Formula 1, WS was born with the aim to become a point of reference for TIG welding and to make its know-how in the field of welded constructions available to the customer.
Specialized in TIG welding of titanium and aluminium alloys, WS immediately established itself in the motorsport sector by supplying the main Formula 1 and Moto GP teams.
WS peculiarities lead us to establish ourselves in other sports and non-sport sectors in a short time.
With the aim of centralizing the supply chain as much as possible in order to offer a 360-degree service, we have improved and consolidated management and control procedures that have allowed us to expand our activities without compromising quality and efficiency.
The success of this idea, and what derives from it, is extremely important for WS because it allows us to grow and improve constantly.

WS is a multi-purpose structure, created to follow the customer from the initial design phase up to the realization of the project itself, managing each phase of development internally, following proven process management systems.
We applied three fundamental concepts: efficiency, transparency and quality.

In fact, we have:

• CAD design software and CAM design software
• TIG welding department consisting of 6 welding stations plus a welding station in controlled atmosphere
• CNC sheet metal bending and tube bending department
• CNC turning and milling machining department
• Metrological room for dimensional checks
• CND checks (pneumatic leak tests, VT, PT)
